The hotel was very clean. My room (715) was spacious. The sharing pool was cleaned daily! It had all required facilities. It never felt overcrowded. The beach and sea views were great! The evening food was varied. It had a good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Arranging a birthday cake for my son was a lovely touch. They sorted another room on our last day because of a late flight.
Lunch menu could offer slightly more.

My arrival included a smooth check-in and helpful staff. The beach offered comfortable sunbeds. The beach bar provided drinks, which I found refreshing. it simplified everything.
I noticed the pool water was a bit cold, made swimming less appealing at times.

The personnel were attentive and amiable, always prepared to assist. Upon our late arrival, we received a delicious late snack and a bottle of Champagne. The staff brought a cake to our room and sang 'Happy Birthday'.

the room had a safe for valuables. i liked that the hotel provided complimentary water bottles in the room daily. shops were a short walk from the hotel. the cleaning service was very thorough and ensured the room was super clean each day.
The main pool area could use some attention. I noticed a few damaged sunbeds .
